A beautifully written book exploring some deeper contributing factors to depression. Marianne explores the idea that true healing and transcendence can only come when we finally face our pain and wrestle with what it has to teach us. This free app has some lovely guided meditations that will support growing nervous systems and enhancing mindfulness.

This channel is by a wonderful woman (Meredith Miller) who has herself recovered from relational abuse. She breaks down both the confusing cycles that occur in toxic relationships and tips for recovery.

This book is excellent for gaining an understanding of the confusing tactics and dynamics abusers adopt making unravelling the mind games and breaking the cycle much easier to navigate.
